Description of the problem	The axle bracket welds are failing on both dexter 4,000 lb axles on our 2014 rockwood 3025w windjammer travel trailer for the second time. Under normal driving conditions and within the rated weight for this vehicle. The first set were replaced under warranty 11/16. One year later the same failures occurred on the replaced dexter 4,000 # trailer axles. We have been denied replacement axles from forest river for the second occurrence. As observed at the lot of our local rv dealer on 10/27/2017: this year's 2017 forest river rockwood 3025w windjammer has a set of dexter 5,000 # axles.
